Joe, was the only tech who didn't smoke cigarettes and pretend to be working while standing directly in front of my ring cameras.
According to my wife he quickly identified the problem. Based on the pictures he sent me I sort of think Joe may be the only HVAC tech that knows how to ohm windings on a single phase motor and correctly interpret the readings.
Which was a blown motor in the central air mover.
My system was 20+ years old and I knew it needed to be replaced. If either of the two companies that were out first had simply said we're not going diagnosis this because of the age they may have gotten my business.
Because Joe didn't lie to me and gave a honest diagnosis I was more than happy to do business with his company.
